Chemistry of trichloroisocyanuric acid
After hydrolysis in water, tcca will be converted to hypochlorous acid (hocl), which has strong microbial activity. The hydrolysis by-product, cyanuric acid, acts as a stabilizer and prevents conversion of hypochlorous acid into hypochlorite ion (ocl-) owing to sunshine and heat, which has low microbial activity.

Description :-
PW biocide is a broad-spectrum non-oxidizing biocide.

Uses :-
PW biocide is ideally formulated for controlling algae and bacterial species commonly found in cooling water systems. Its efficiency is enhanced when used in conjunction with a quaternary ammonium salt. PW biocide can be used in conjunction with all other water treatment chemicals including chlorine and hypochlorite.


Features :-
PW biocide is based on a alkyl guanidine salt and is effective against a wide range of microbes in near neutral to alkaline ph range.


Applications :-
PW biocide should be slug fed to the cooling tower sump at the point of highest mixing.


Dosage :- 
the dosage level of PW biocide depends on the type and level of the microorganism present. As a general guideline 40-100ppm will be adequate in controlling the growth of microbial species.

Usage Tips

Safety & Handling
Memoclean is generally safe but avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not take internally. Gloves and goggles should be used while handling the product.

PH Booster
increases PH in swimming pool water domestic.  

PH booster is used to increase the PH level of a swimming pool. Increasing the PH of the water without affecting the alkalinity is very easy, but there is a trick. With the pump motor on and water circulating, add the PH booster powder. In the deep end of the pool and work your way around the perimeter. This will raise the PH with minimal effect on the alkalinity.

Poly electrolyte
poly electrolyte : high molecular weight flocullant polymers available in anionic, non ionic and cationic grades. 
Description high molecular weight flocullants are capable of promoting flocullation by neutralizing the superficial electric charges of sludge particles in the water and unstabilizing each individual particles.  The particles then are absorbed by the activated functional group in the flocullant polymer.

PW corrosion scale prevention

Description : 
PW corrosion scale prevention is a liquid formulation ideally suited for corrosion and scale prevention in soft and low hardness water.

Uses :
PW corrosion scale prevention has been for formulated for use in open recirculating cooling system used for process cooling in various industries. 
PW corrosion scale prevention is compatible with both oxidizing and non-oxidizing biocides. 

Features : 
PW corrosion scale prevention has a synergistic combination of organic phosphate, slow reverting polyphosphate and inorganic corrosion inhibitors to make it exceptionally strong for both scale and corrosion prevention. 

Applications :
PW corrosion scale prevention has to be fed neat, through a suitable metering pump, into the cooling tower sump where rapid mixing and distribution is possible.
PW corrosion scale prevention is alkaline in nature, it should never be added to a storage tank containing an acidic product or precipitation will take place. In the case of transition from an acidic cooling water program to PW corrosion scale prevention program the bulk storage tanks must be flushed and cleaned properly before filling with the new product.
